Join us for the Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community on May 18th as we walk to raise funds for those with Complex PTSD. Create a team of your own, donate to an existing team or individual, walk alongside us, walk virtually, or walk from your own location. The possibilities are endless! 

Walkers, Runners and "Rollers" of all ages, sizes and abilities are welcome! We would love to have at least one team from every state in the country! For those who can attend in Harrisburg, Pa, the course is wheelchair and pet friendly! This location has both a 5K course and a 1 mile trek that is easier for small children and those with physical impairments.  If you aren't local, you can also select a location of your own at a park near your home, or another site that is public and safe. The sky is the limit!! 

It is our goal to raise no less than $10,000 but we know we can raise much more with your help!! A single team of 10 walkers who generate $100 in donations creates $1,000 with no difficulty at all. We can easily create 10 teams that do just that and many, many more! With a team in every state, we could turn this into a $50,000 event! We can hardly wait to see what our generous supporters are capable of doing. There is just SO MUCH LOVE here.

Help us make an impact across the county!  Last year we had participants from no less than 13 states across the USA and two individuals from outside the country as well. We would love to see therapists, survivors, and supporters joining our efforts and sharing photos as you walk in YOUR locale in support of Beauty After Bruises.
